Payment Terms of Service – WeHirely

This Payment Terms of Service (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing payments made through WeHirely (“Platform”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. General Overview
WeHirely facilitates transactions between clients (“Buyers”) and freelancers (“Sellers”) for digital services. All payments are processed through our secure system to ensure trust and safety for all users.
2. Payment Process
Order Placement: Buyers are required to pay the full amount upfront when placing an order for a service.
Escrow System: Funds are held in escrow until the Seller delivers the work and the Buyer approves it.
Order Completion: Upon Buyer approval, funds are released to the Seller after a clearance period of [Insert Number] days.
3. Service Fees
Buyer Fees: A service fee of 20% is added to the total order amount.
Seller Fees: Sellers are charged a commission of 20% on each completed order.

Eligibility: Sellers can withdraw funds after the clearance period has ended.
Methods: Available withdrawal methods include Stripe, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
Fees: Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the chosen method and are the responsibility of the Seller.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Mutual Agreement: Orders can be canceled upon mutual agreement between Buyer and Seller before delivery.
Disputes: In case of disputes, WeHirely will mediate to reach a fair resolution. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Unauthorized Transactions: If unauthorized transactions are detected, please contact support immediately.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting WeHirely support first is a violation of this Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in chargebacks until the matter is resolved.
7. Taxes
Sellers are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes related to their earnings. WeHirely does not provide tax advice and encourages users to consult with a tax professional.
8. Currency Conversion
All transactions are processed in USD. Currency conversion fees may apply for users operating in different currencies.
9. Modifications
WeHirely reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
